All telephone calls are quickly answered and always in person.

Criterion Claims Management are proud of our reputation for providing the very best possible claims handling service and the following are the minimum standards we work to:

    • Immediate acknowledgement of instruction upon receipt
    • Contact with the Insured within 1 hour of receiving instruction
    • Immediate response to telephone calls
    • Reply to correspondence within 2 working days of receipt
    • Customer updated or requested for claim information every 15 working days
    • All correspondence copied to the broker (subject to insurers’ approval)
